ERP Applications & POS Terminals Interconnection

Mandatory Compliance with Ministerial Decision A.1065/2024
Dear Partners,
As you may already be aware, the mandatory interconnection of cash systems with POS terminals—aimed at transmitting card transaction data directly to AADE—is already in full implementation.
New Ministerial Decision (A.1065/2024)
A recent Ministerial Decision outlines the technical and procedural framework for the mandatory interconnection between ERP systems and POS terminals. It also establishes the creation of an official ERP Technical Support Register, and sets specific deadlines for compliance by the companies involved.
Interconnection Deadline
The interconnection must be completed by May 31, 2024.
Alternatively, by June 30, 2024, provided a technician appointment has been declared to AADE by May 31.
Obligations for ERP Support Providers
ERP technical support providers are required to:
- Register their client companies in the official ERP Technical Support Register
- Declare scheduled appointments for ERP–POS terminal interconnection
In compliance with Decision A.1065/2024 and the provisions of Articles 14(5) and 15(4) of the Tax Procedure Code, Infostep—as the official support provider for your SoftOne software (Soft1, Atlantis, Capital B.O.S)—has already taken the necessary steps:
- Your company’s VAT number has been registered with AADE as a recipient of ERP software or related services provided by Infostep.
What You Need To Do
Only your business can confirm whether your Soft1 / Atlantis / Capital B.O.S application is being used for card transaction invoicing, and therefore whether interconnection with POS terminals is required.
Please take the following action:
- Log into the “My Business Details” section on myAADE
- Review Section 7 under "Company Information" to verify the registered data
- If the information is incorrect or your business is not obligated to interconnect, declare your disagreement by selecting the appropriate option.
- If the information is correct, no further action is required beyond this verification.
Note: If you are using your ERP application across multiple companies (e.g., within a group structure), and those companies are also subject to interconnection obligations, please send us their additional VAT numbers so we can include them in the AADE registry.
Compatible POS Providers
SoftOne is actively working to ensure compatibility of all applications (Soft1, Atlantis, Capital B.O.S) with the technical protocols of major POS providers, including:
Euronet/epay, Worldline, Viva, EDPS, Cardlink, Mellon, Nexi, Attica Bank, INSS
This effort will ensure seamless interconnection with the vast majority of POS terminals on the Greek market.
Functional Module: “SoftOne POS Connector”
In order to establish communication between your ERP application and POS terminals, the “SoftOne POS Connector”module is required. This is available as follows:
Provider | Cost per POS Device (Annual) |
Euronet/epay, Worldline | Free of charge |
Viva, EDPS, Cardlink, etc. | €50 per POS device |
