Role Overview:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Consultant / IT Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for customizing applications to meet client-specific needs, delivering training, managing new client onboarding projects, and providing continuous support. You will also collaborate with our commercial team to present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize software applications based on individual client requirements
- Provide training to customers on the use of supported software systems
- Offer support for specific issues raised by our client base
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring successful integration and productive use of the software
- Analyze client requirements and create detailed technical specifications
- Collaborate with the commercial department to present and demonstrate solutions to potential clients
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with ERP systems
- Solid understanding of commercial and accounting processes
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent command of the English language
- Proven communication skills and experience in both customer service and project management
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Team-oriented, with a proactive mindset and clear prioritization skills
- Analytical thinker focused on delivering results
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of databases and SQL
- Familiarity with scripting languages
